Facilities

The campsite was first established in 1969, but in 2001 it was completely refurbished, with all new toilets, showers and laundry & washing facilities installed in new purpose-built premises.  We aim to do all we can to make your stay enjoyable.  Please don't hesitate to if you have any questions.

We also have facilities for wheelchair users.  Please let us know if you need a reserved space.

  • Picnic area at seashore with views across the Minch and of the ferry coming and going
  • Camping also available at seashore
  • Electrical hook-ups for either caravans or tents
  • Cycle hire on site, both mountain bikes and tourers, and some children’s bikes, also trailer for toddlers
  • Dogs are welcome on site
  • Wi-Fi available at speeds of up to 512kbps

Fees are charged per person, regardless of whether tent, caravan or motorhome.
